Q:  What material is the picture mug made of?

A:  The picture mug is made from high quality ceramic.

Q:  How do I take care of my mug?

A:  Do not put the mug in the dishwasher or store in direct sunlight (as on a window ledge) as excessive heat can cause the image to fade.  The image and the mug surface can be stratched with an abrasive object so care should be taken when washing your mug.

Q:  What file format for the photo or image is required?

A:  We prefer JPEG files if you are e-mailing your photo or image.  Files must have a minimum resolution of 640 x 480 pixels.  Alternatively you can mail your artwork to us.

Q:  What is the actual picture size on the picture mug?

A:  Our mugs are 300ml or 11oz in size.  The actual picture size for printing is 200mm in length and 75mm in height.  This size may vary due to the dimensions of photos or artwork sent.

Q:  If I mail my photographs will I receive my original back?

A:  Yes.  We will return all artwork to you including photographs and hand drawings.  Please write your name and phone number on the back.  No responsibility can be taken for missing artwork, so if you have only one copy of the photograph please make a copy of it or email it to us rather than risk losing it.

Q:  How long does it take to have a mug made?

A:  Please allow a maximum of 14 days for us to design, print and deliver your mugs.  (The turnaround time may be slightly longer during busy times.)  We use Australia Post or Fastway Couriers for delivery.
