  • What size are the tea towels?

    Our tea towels are 50x76cm and are made from 100% high quality cotton.

  • Can we only put drawings on a tea towel?

    No, we can print a variety of things on your tea towel: Handprints. footprints, just your logo, we've even done paw prints!

  • When should we start?

    The turnaround is about 4 weeks from the time we receive your artwork and order so allow yourself plenty of time to promote your fundraiser, have the drawings completed and collect orders.

  • Is there a minimum we have to order?

    The minimum order is 40 per design. Please refer to the "Ordering Information" section of the Downloadable Info page for more detailed information about ordering and combining products.

  • How do I send my artwork to you for the Super Saver design?

    If you are doing your design on cardboard to the actual size, just roll it up and put it in a mailing tube and post to us. You can also do a digital layout of your design and email it to us ready for printing.

  • How many drawings can we have?

    Tea towels can hold approximately 250 drawings but we recommend that for large numbers of drawings the children only draw their faces. If you are a large group or school, you may want to split your group into smaller groups such as by class or year.  Please refer to the Ordering Information sheet for minimum order requirements for orders with over 100 drawings.

  • What do we have to do to get started?

    First you need to request an Information Pack.  This can be done through the website on the "Contact Us" page.   If you have the Information Pack and you want to proceed with your fundraiser, you need to complete the "Kit Request Form" and we will send you an Organiser's Kit and drawing cards.  This form is on the "Order Kits" page.  Requests can also be made via email or over the phone.

  • Can we email our logo to you?

    Yes, emailed logos must be black and white without any grey or shaded areas and in JPEG format.  Word documents cannot be accepted. 

  • Can we send back any unsold products?

    No, Kidz Images does not sell on consignment and does not refund unsold products. 

  • What kind of pens should the drawings be done with?

    A good quality, thick black marker should be used.  Kidz Images recommends Artline 700 or Pentel SignPen.  Do not use pencil, ball point pen or fine line black markers.

  • Is there a charge for postage?
