Our mugs are 300ml / 11oz in size and the actual surface area for printing is 200mm in length and 75mm in height. We can print a combination of photographs, hand drawings, text and logos.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR ARTWORK

PHOTOGRAPHS AND TEXT MESSAGES

Select the items you would like to have printed on to the mug & write your full name and phone number on the reverse side. We can scan and crop a particular section of the photo so please give clear instructions.

• To add a personal message to one side of the mug, simply write on a QUARTER of an A4 piece of white paper using brightly coloured texters. i.e. "Happy Birthday Day Grandma, Love Jack" We will reduce the message size to fit on the mug. Indicate if you would like us to typeset the message and what colour text and font you would like us to use.
• All artwork and photographs will be returned to you however no responsibility will be taken for lost or damaged artwork.
• Photographs and artwork can be e-mailed to us. The photographs and graphics should be scanned and sent as a JPEG file because this transmits well over the Internet. Files must have a minimum resolution of 640 by 480 pixels.

HAND DRAWINGS ONLY

If you are only having a child's hand-drawn picture printed on to the mug please use a THIRD of an A4 piece of white paper (210mm x 100mm) and brightly coloured texters to draw the picture. Young children can use poster paints which look great. No lead pencils please or pastel coloured crayons. Cut out photos look great glued to a child's painting or drawing.

• Write the child's full name on the back of the page if multiple orders.
• Babies and small children can stamp their hand & footprints using bright coloured paints. Parents can write the child's name and message.
• If you already have a masterpiece your child has previously completed it can be scanned and reduced in size to fit the mug. Please ask us for advice.

  * To prevent fading, mugs should not be stored in direct sunlight or washed in the dishwasher.
